JobSerf index reports managerial hiring is showing signs of a recovery.
I think many people in the human resources business plan for a post-recession economy to return to business as usual. They expect things to return to where they were before the downturn. It’s been my experience that things come back differently. There are often fundamental changes and restructurings occuring during a downcycle which create demands for different services and products than what was in demand before the recession. I am betting outsourced staffing services and retention programs will be the first human resource management services sought by corportions as this recession ends. What do you think?
